Sundyne appoints new regional gross sales manager for North and Latin America

Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales manager for North and Latin America, specializing in the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new function, Smith will strengthen customer going through initiatives and work with Sundyne’s internal groups to increase throughout the C&I space.
Dollar comes to Sundyne with more than 30 years of expertise in selling highly engineered equipment and repair options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish customers in the renewable vitality, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power generation markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice president of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed methods to strengthen & grow distributor sales, whereas also overseeing training and functions support. He previously served as a regional gross sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith started his profession at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also labored with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
