Vogelsang releases new industrial pumps

Vogelsang has launched two new industrial pump sequence, the EP and VY sequence rotary lobe pumps for media with excessive calls for.
The EP series from Vogelsang is designed for excessive conditions and fixed high pressures.
Both the EP series and the VY series are made from a single-piece housing designed for optimum move. The pumps can be geared up with a variety of sealing techniques, making them flexibly deployable in demanding areas as the oil, gasoline and chemical industries.
Cash from Vogelsang is designed for extreme situations and constant high pressures. A heavy-duty gearbox permits for a uniform stress output of as much as 18 bar. The pumps consist of one-piece housing and reliably pump even abrasive, chemically aggressive and explosive circulate media at temperatures of as much as 200° C. Helical gears in the gearbox ensure smooth performance and scale back noise emissions. Pulsation-free conveying reduces wear on the adjoining pipeline to a minimum.
Vogelsang has also outfitted its EP series with an AirGap for prime operational reliability. The AirGap atmospherically separates the gearbox and pump chamber, ensuring that in the occasion of a leak, liquid will drain off to the outside rather than leaking into the gearbox. Insane protects the gearbox when pumping sizzling media.
With the VY series, Vogelsang has further developed its VX sequence, opening up new areas of utility. The pumps have a flow-optimised one-piece housing and completely different seals can be utilized in a selection of ways within the new housing relying on industry-specific standards and requirements. The VY series’ versatility makes it appropriate for use in the chemical industry, as well as in the paper and textile sectors. The VY pumps’ performance spectrum ranges from 1 m³/h to one hundred twenty m³/h at a maximum stress of 10 bar.
Vogelsang will present its EP and VY series for the first time to a broad trade audience at ACHEMA in Frankfurt, which takes place from 22-26 August 2022.
